I will most likely only indulge in sugar when on the bike or for special occasions i.e. holidays, birthdays.Carey Loweryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06181928167273488954noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3116971363082010280.post-50576319245414663652012-12-21T06:56:17.956-05:002012-12-21T06:56:17.956-05:00Today is day 29 for me and after really struggling...Today is day 29 for me and after really struggling for the first 15 days I'm finally feeling better. No stomach pains, fewer headaches and I actually road 2.5 hrs without completely falling apart. I'm a little concerned about adding foods back into my diet, but I think I'll just start with rice and test other foods gradually. My Mother is very disappointed with me because I won't be eating the usual holiday foods with her. I told her in enough time before Christmas so she didn't go to any special effort to bake anything, so I think she'll be okay. Congratulations on (about to) completing the Whole30. I'm sure it's much harder with your family around. BTW-what will you put in your water bottles after this? <br />Have a Merry Christmas!Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10014212463869469831noreply@blogger.com
