And there was an orange ribbon part way down the camp road but it wasn't for the race.
A lady in the house on the corner told us which way we were supposed to go and pointed us through that farm. We rode there and found it was a spot from a little earlier hwne you cam out near that horse barn with the mural on it. So we had to turn around and figure out to go back to the road.

I think I know which rock section you mean, I was looking for a nasty downhill section around a bunch of rocks but we never came to it.

Good job though to hang in there.Steve Kinleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01617316753913778149noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3116971363082010280.post-35775901656577936662008-06-02T15:46:00.000-04:002008-06-02T15:46:00.000-04:00Ha ha! I kept expecting to see it (and a bunch of guys with pitchforks waiting for me), but next thing I knew I popped out into the field. Sorry you had a bad day, but I'm glad you got your spirit back, if not your legs. That mud was wicked. I was glad I brought the SS! I have a picture I took of you and Kim and Dave on the porch on my blog. We came in at different times, but I felt bad too. About a 1/4 of the way in my body wanted to stop. I had to have many interventions with myself to keep pedaling. Way to hang in there. When you figure out how to get the rest in let me know, I have the same dilema. Motherhood, work, family, etc... Take care and see you at the WILD 101.

CherylChurtlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13906194593014504784noreply@blogger.com
